For nearly twenty years, FPT IS has been developing mission-critical software for governmental agencies and enterprises that meets international standards for telecommunications, banking- finance, public finance, governmental agencies and enterprises.

FPT IS’s core banking software “Smartbank” is being used by 25 banks in Vietnam and foreign countries including: Sai Gon Commercial Joint Stock Bank and Dai Tin Bank in Vietnam; Banque pour le Commerce Exterieur du Lao, Laos-Viet Bank, ST Bank, Indochina Bank of Laos, and the Public Bank of Laos; as well as the Public Bank of Cambodia, Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia, and Vattanac Bank of Cambodia. Many other banks in the region also use banking solutions developed by FPT IS.

FPT IS has developed and provided telecom software solutions including the FPT.BCCS – billing and customer care system and FPT.EPOS – multi-service centralized marketing and sales management system. These products are being used by a network of 30 to 50 million subscribers of major telecom providers in Vietnam and in the region.

FPT.BCCS, FPT.EPOS and a number of our other software solutions are being applied successfully by MobiFone, Vinaphone, Viettel, EVN Telecom, VietnamMobile, and Gtel Beeline in Vietnam; Sotelco Beeline Cambodia and Metfone Cambodia; and Unitel and Milicom Tigo in Laos.  

FPT IS is a long-term committed partner of the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Taxation, the General Department of Vietnam Customs and the State Treasury. The tax and taxpayer management system designed and developed by FPT IS is the core software of the Vietnamese taxation system. We have also provided a number of software solutions to serve the public finance sector in Vietnam, and our electronic customs procedure management system has been implemented at the General Department of Vietnam Customs since 2005.

FPT IS has provided application software for the Vietnamese Government and the agencies for National Security and Defense, as well as for enterprises and healthcare and social utilities. FPT.eGOV software, which is currently being used in 18 provinces and cities, has made Ho Chi Minh City the nation's leader in using government ICT applications. FPT.eHospital software for hospital management is being used by more than 20 hospitals and clinics and FPT.iHRP software is now helping human resources and payroll managers in more than 50 enterprises. A variety of our other software has been successfully applied in the criminal management system for the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Vietnam and for criminal case statistics and management in the People’s Supreme Court of Vietnam.
